So something happens / folks are overwhelmingly unhappy and the story ends at a charity. That does not undo what has been done. In this case she sang for a bad guy without knowing or caring. But the theme repeats . Giving to a charity does not automatically purify something.
This guy was right in saying that giving to a charity doesn't undo what she has done. But I feel people can change and make a difference even if they did have a bad past. For me Nelly did something wrong but is trying to change based on what she has done. Yes it's not automatically forgiven and yes people will still remember what she has done, but we can't we look at her differently because she wants to change? Can't we give her a chance to change?
I think what I am trying to get at is I hate when people hold grudges or judge people based on their past. LET IT GO! Nelly is now making the move forward in her life towards change now why can't we except it.
